Dr Marilena Giannoudi talks to Dr Jess Morgan about working as a Chief Registrar.

The RCP Chief Registrar Programme is a flagship leadership development programme for trainee doctors who are committed to quality improvement. The programme is open to all physician and non-physician specialties.

Dr Jess Morgan is an ST5 in Elderly Medicine/GIM and Bradford Teaching Hospital's first chief registrar. Dr Morgan trained in the North East of England, via New Zealand before landing in Yorkshire, and outside of work is keen on tandem biking.

Dr Marilena Giannoudi is the T&MC Podcast Lead and Vice-Chair for Careers and Communications.
