In this week’s episode, Daisy and Olivia chat about the Cs – condoms, cataracts and coffee.
The duo begin with the risque topic of condoms and discuss the connection between a well-known economist in history and birth control. Then, they discuss some unsavoury historical cataract surgery, the kind that will test even the strongest of stomachs. And the final topic is coffee: most of us drink it at least once a day, but would you have thought of it as a tool for networking? So, from contraceptives to caffeine, join Daisy and Olivia as they explore some C’s in the history of medicine.
