Chris Breedon is an RAF officer, and during his 40 years of service has completed five tours of active duty in Afghanistan. He is a Squadron 'Uncle' for XIII Sqn, and supports personnel across the services and civil service as part of his role in mentoring and support. Chris Breedon is a conflict resolution expert who is a mediator and runs a business, Prospero Professional Solutions, delivering workplace conflict mediation, conflict coaching, conflict management training as well as unconscious bias training. Dr Adelina McLeod is a Geriatric Medicine Consultant, a Collegiate Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE), and a member of RCPE’s Recently Appointed Consultants’ Committee (RAC).
